Preparation and setup

Prepare first, then install, connect and start your first task.

  1. Check requirements and back up

    Check the requirements above and back up your existing configuration and important files. When the installer is released, verify its source, operating system and architecture.

  2. Install and connect

    Install the official release using the instructions for your operating system. Open the assistant, connect your account and configure your models.

  3. Start your first task

    Start with a simple task to check your connection and model, then choose Skills as needed.

Preguntas frecuentes

Can I download the installer now?

Client installers are not yet released. Review the pre-installation checklist or choose Skills first. Once an official installer is available, follow the guide for your system.

How do I install the official release?

Once you have the official Windows installer, follow its backup, installation, launch and connection steps. Check its system and architecture requirements first.

Once you have the official PKG, quit any running Assistant and follow the installation prompts. Then open Codex Assistant in Applications. Check the official installer’s system and architecture requirements first.

¿Qué hacer si macOS muestra un aviso de Privacidad y seguridad?
  1. Comprueba que el instalador procede de este sitio y que confías en él.
  2. Tras intentar abrirlo, ve a Ajustes del Sistema → Privacidad y seguridad y busca el instalador o la aplicación bloqueados.
  3. Selecciona Abrir igualmente y sigue las instrucciones; el nombre puede variar según la versión de macOS.

Si macOS indica que el archivo está dañado o dañará el equipo, detén la instalación y contacta con soporte. En equipos administrados, consulta al administrador.
